Hosting and server logs

This website and the booking system are run for us by Sadece Dizayn, Zum Isetal 1, 38518 Gifhorn, Deutschland, as our processor under a data processing agreement. The servers are in the EU. When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page, browser) is processed and log files are deleted after a short period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO).

Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies (session, security token, language). There is no tracking and no advertising analysis. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

Online booking and customer account

To book, we process your name, phone number, optionally your email address, the chosen services, the appointment and your note. With a customer account also your password (stored encrypted). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO). Appointment data is deleted when no longer needed; records of paid services are kept for 10 years as required by tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) DSGVO).

Review requests

Only if you tick the box when booking, we send you one message after your visit with a link to our Google reviews. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO), which you can withdraw at any time. Reviews you write are published by Google under its own privacy policy.

Loyalty card

If you take part in our loyalty programme, we store your name, phone number and the stamps you collect. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO). The card is deleted at your request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 DSGVO), and to withdraw consent at any time. Just contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde des Bundeslandes.
